Phoenix Homes Real Estate Brokers LLC is a real estate agency and is not the developer, owner, contractor, lender, registrar or government authority for the projects shown. Phoenix Homes does not guarantee construction, appreciation, rent, visa eligibility, financing, completion or any developer representation.
Acceptable use
You must use the website lawfully, must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit misleading information, harvest personal data, upload unlawful material or use automated scraping against the site or its providers.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Phoenix Homes name, design, editorial writing, software, layout and original graphics belong to Phoenix Homes or its licensors. Third-party names, trademarks, developer media and linked content belong to their respective owners.
