Manarat Living.

The residential complex called Manarat Living was launched by the leading developer of the UAE capital; Aldar Properties, who is recognized for its diligent approach to project development. This complex will consist of more than just residential properties, as it will become a destination with real homes, and a unique atmosphere that makes you desire to live in it.

The first phase of the project will consist of 237 spacious studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments, with several two-bedroom residences complemented by an extra bedroom for a maid. The average floor plan area of studios is 352 sq. ft, whilst the living areas of 1–2 bedroom apartments range between 732 sq. ft to 1,433 sq. ft.

At the beginning of 2024, the developer announced the launch of the second phase of the development, called Manarat Living II, which will feature 232 residences, including studios and 1–3 bedroom apartments that vary in size from a cosy 355 sq. ft to a spacious 2,303 sq. ft. Some two-bedroom residences and all three-bedroom apartments come with a maid’s room.

In January 2025, the developer announced the commencement of construction of Manarat Living III, the third and final phase of the project. This phase will features 400 residences, including studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments. Designed with modern living in mind, the larger units will feature thoughtful additions such as a staff room, office, laundry room, and spacious balconies.
