The Source 2.

The Source II is a project located in Saadiyat Grove, on Saadiyat Island. The developer is Aldar Properties, who is renowned for its sought-after complexes, such as Mamsha Al Saadiyat, The Sustainable City, Yas Golf Collection and many others. The Source II is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2026.

There are a total 146 residences available for purchase within the complex, including 1–3 bedroom apartments ranging in size from 958 sq. ft to 2,540 sq. ft. The floor plans of The Source II feature panoramic windows and private balconies where residents can enjoy magnificent views of the Zayed National Museum. Properties also come with laundry rooms and walk-in closets, and some two-bedroom apartments, as well as all three-bedroom units will have an additional maid’s room and a study.

High-quality materials, including porcelain stoneware, metal, glass and laminate will be used throughout the finishes, and residences will feature a neutral colour palette, with different shades of beige, brown, grey and gold.

The Source II is designed in accordance with current green building technologies, which means local materials will be used in the construction and low water consumption devices will be introduced within the complex. The project also aims to receive the Two pearls Estidama rating, which is part of the Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 government programme.
